Location of Lake Albert Motel

We are located at 38 Princes Highway, Meningie, SA 5264.

Route 1: From Adelaide

Meningie is an easy 1½ hour trip (150kms) from Adelaide along the South Eastern Freeway.

Turn right along the B1 (Princes Highway) from Tailem Bend. The Lake Albert Motel is situated in the centre of town, right opposite the Lions Park.

Route 2: Via the South Eastern Freeway

If you have the time a more scenic route is via the South Eastern Freeway to Stirling then follow the B33 through Mylor, Echunga and Macclesfield to historic Strathalbyn and then the B45 to the wine growing region of Langhorne Creek and Wellington.

The ferry takes you across the river Murray and from there turn right onto the B1 which brings you to Meningie.

Route 3: From Melbourne

Along the Great Ocean road you simply follow the B1 from Mount Gambier, Millicent and Kingston South East.
